An Irish American Lass Travelling to Dublin

Tasting some white pudding, leaving Kilkenny and making a brief home in "The Shed."

I spent two nights in Kilkenny. Never a big breakfast eater, I had croissants with strawberry jam in the morning washed down with an Americano. My first morning there, I did try some white pudding along with my crumbly croissant and thick jam. I knew black pudding included pig or cow blood. Evelyn let me know that white pudding does not include blood but pork, animal fat, or beef along with spices, herbs and cereals.
